FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES 

APPLICANTS WHO HAVE EXAMINATION RESULTS AS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION AND APPLICANTS WHO WILL BE WRITING WASSCE IN JULY/AUGUST 2025 ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

The Sale of E-Voucher for the online Application is open to the following Applicants:

WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants

Candidates must have credits in three (3) core subjects at SSS level: English language, Integrated Science and Mathematics and credits in three (3) elective subjects according to the following combinations:

Group A: Mathematics and any TWO (2) of these subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Economics, Technical Drawing and Building Construction.

OR

Group B: Mathematics, Technical Drawing and Building Construction

GCE ‘A’ LEVEL Applicants

Candidates must have five (5) credits at the Ordinary level in the GCE, including English, Mathematics and a Science subject (Physics, Chemistry or General Sciences). In addition, applicants must normally have three (3) passes at the Advanced level in GCE according to the following combinations:

Group A: Mathematics and any TWO (2) of these subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Economics

OR

Group B: Mathematics, Technical Drawing and Building Construction

Mature Applicants

Applicants must have attained the age of 30 years at the time of submitting the application

At least FIVE (5) credits at the Ordinary Level in the GCE including English Language, Mathematics and a science subject (Physics, Chemistry or General Sciences).

OR

SSCE passes in THREE (3) core subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science) plus passes in any THREE (3) of the following electives:

Higher National Diploma (HND) in building technology or allied courses.

Candidates may be required to pass a written and oral examination after the pre-qualification exercise.

 

FOR POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Applicants for the programme should hold;

1. A Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Lower  in a requisite or other relevant disciplines programme from an accredited university.

2. Non-related bachelor’s degree holders with at least two years working experience in the field of study and related areas may be considered.

3. Candidates must attend an interview session and pass before admission.
