Theophilus Adjei-Kumi is a Professor at the Deparment of Construction Technology and Management, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK.
He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Construction, American Evaluation Association, Ghana Institution of Surveyors and Project Management Institute. His teaching and research interests are in early-stage construction capital cost planning, project value and sustainability, and artificial intelligence application in costruction procurement.
